Terms of Service

By engaging Nidavellir for services, you agree to the following general terms. These do not constitute a legal contract; project-specific terms are agreed in writing per project.
Scope of work
All projects begin with a written scope document agreed by both parties. Work outside the agreed scope is discussed before proceeding.
Payment
Payment terms are specified per project. Milestone-based payments are typical. Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
Intellectual property
On receipt of final payment, intellectual property rights for custom code and design transfer to the client. Third-party libraries remain under their respective licences.
Confidentiality
All client information is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties without consent.
Post-launch support
Unless otherwise agreed, post-launch support covers 14 days from delivery. Ongoing maintenance is available separately.
Limitation of liability
Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project. Nidavellir does not guarantee specific SEO rankings, conversion rates, or business outcomes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kandy, Sri Lanka.
