How long does a project take?
Timelines depend on scope. A simple landing page typically takes 1–2 weeks. A multi-page website or automation project typically takes 3–6 weeks. A realistic timeline is included in every written quote.
How does quoting work?
After an initial conversation about your requirements, you receive a written document outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and fixed price. No work starts until you approve it.
Who handles hosting after launch?
We deploy on Netlify or Cloudflare Pages, both of which have generous free tiers. We set everything up and hand over access. If you already have a hosting preference, we can work with that.
What tools do you use for automation?
We work with Make (formerly Integromat), n8n, and direct API integrations — whichever is the most practical fit for your existing tools. We recommend what you can realistically maintain independently.
Will my website appear on Google?
Every website we build includes on-page SEO foundations: semantic HTML, meta tags, structured data, sitemaps, and fast load times. Organic ranking depends on content quality and backlinks over time — we're honest about what SEO can and cannot guarantee.
What do you need from me to get started?
For websites: your logo, written content, any photos you'd like used, and your contact details. For automations: access credentials to your relevant tools and a walkthrough of the current manual process.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes. After the 14-day post-launch period, ongoing maintenance is available as a separate arrangement quoted per requirement.
