The approach is practical: understand the problem clearly, propose a scoped solution honestly, build it cleanly, and document it so you're not dependent on us to keep things running.

You get a written document — scope, price, timeline — before a line of code is written.
Honest about timelines
Timelines are set based on realistic capacity. If something will be delayed, you're told before it's late.
You own everything
Code, accounts, credentials — all transferred at project end. No dependency on Nidavellir to keep things running.
Documented for non-technical users
Every delivery includes plain-language documentation. You shouldn't need a developer to update your own content.
